- Supervise and guide a team of painters, ensuring tasks are executed to perfection.

- Train and mentor team members on painting techniques, safety protocols, and company standards.

- Organize and manage daily work schedules to keep projects on track.

Project Oversight

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan painting tasks effectively.

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets client expectations and industry standards.

- Manage materials and supplies, estimating requirements and coordinating procurement to avoid delays.

Administrative & Technical Expertise

- Maintain detailed records of hours worked, materials used, and project progress.

- Monitor project budgets and provide reports to management.

- Apply technical painting knowledge, including surface preparation, primer application, and finishing techniques.
